Can you take over software another team already built?

Yes, and it starts with an audit, not a rewrite. We map what exists, stabilize what is fragile, then propose a plan, because rebuilding everything is usually the most expensive option. We have taken over codebases ranging from a single legacy service to a multi-year platform already running in production.

What pricing model do you use, time and material or fixed price?

Time and material is the default: monthly invoices with an hour-level report behind them, who worked, on what, for how long. You can cap a month, pause a sprint or change the team size with two weeks' notice. Fixed fees are possible where the scope is genuinely closed - a migration, an audit, a defined integration - and we will tell you upfront if your project qualifies.

Do you sign NDAs, and who owns the code?

Yes - a large part of our portfolio is under NDA. Our default contract assigns all intellectual property to you, code and design deliverables included.
