Digital Product Design Services
When one agency builds the brand and another builds the interface, the product stops looking like one thing. This page covers two services: Digital Branding, run through Briefing Workshops, and Product Design UX/UI, run through a discovery workshop. We used both on BizBot.
Digital Product Design: Branding and Product Design UX/UI
Start with the brand, or start with the interface - both run through the same team.
Choose Your Starting Point
Digital Branding
The service covers the logo, visual identity and promotional materials a product launches with. The process runs through three stages: Briefing Workshops to define the client's needs and get to know the brand and the industry, a Design Process stage where the assigned designers turn the brief into several creative lines, and a Presentation and Deliverables handoff where we present the work, take your comments, and help implement the new branding with your team.
BizBot, a business administration platform for entrepreneurs and investors, is the proof case: a full identity system built for that audience, from logo through promotional materials.
Product Design UX/UI
The service covers the full product experience end to end, one team carrying the same brief from discovery through UI design. That work runs through three stages: discovery and product strategy first, then UX architecture, then UI design and design systems. The discovery phase now includes AI-assisted research and synthesis, on top of the discovery workshop built on Agile Design Thinking.
We designed against WCAG guidelines for a Polish Sign Language (PJM) interpreting platform for Centrum Komunikacji, built for on-demand, 24/7 interpreting including emergency situations, and in our accessibility work for PSONI.
The same BizBot project is the proof case here too, designed through the same process described above.

FAQ for Product Owners
-
Digital Branding covers the logo, visual identity and promotional materials a product launches with. Product Design UX/UI covers the interface and experience layer - how the product actually works for a user, from research through the final screens. Many projects need both; some need only one, and we scope it either way depending on what already exists.
-
Yes. User Experience Design and User Interface Design run as standalone services when the scope is narrower than a full branding or product design engagement - useful if you already have one half covered internally and just need the other.
-
Both. Digital Branding runs on its own, or as part of a wider Product Design UX/UI engagement when you want the visual identity and the interface designed together from the start, by the same team.
-
Design and engineering sit on the same team. A design deliverable - a wireframe, a style guide, a clickable prototype - moves straight into development without a separate translation step or a second kickoff meeting to re-explain the brief.
-
Yes. We built a Polish Sign Language (PJM) interpreting platform for Centrum Komunikacji, a government-run accessibility program - built for on-demand, 24/7 interpreting, including emergency situations - and did accessibility-focused design work for PSONI, a Polish organization supporting people with intellectual disabilities. Both were designed against WCAG guidelines.
-
In discovery, yes - AI tools speed up research and synthesis when mapping a brief. The design decisions themselves are still made by the designer, not generated by a prompt.
-
BizBot is the shared proof case for both live services: 400 screens designed and shipped, by the same team handling both the branding and the UX/UI.
