The recruitment process for a technical post consists of several stages: 1. Apply to us: Send your CV and answer a few short questions. 2. Telephone conversation: A 10-minute talk with the People Team, during which we will get to know each other better and answer any questions. 3. Recruitment meeting: 60-minute meeting with the People Team and a technical person. We will discuss your expectations and learn more about your experience and the projects you have implemented. 4. Technical interview: 75-minute meeting with a technical person. Instead of live coding, we will focus on technical questions and mutual conversation. At each stage of recruitment, we make sure you feel comfortable and have the opportunity to present your skills. We want to get to know you not only as a specialist, but also as a human being.
