We are a custom software development company that does not walk away from hard problems.

Since 2013 we have taken on 160+ projects with unclear requirements, legacy systems, tight deadlines and regulated-industry constraints. We stay on after launch to keep them running in production, across energy, fintech, healthcare and industrial IoT.

Five co-founders, one company since 2013

Order Group started in 2013, when five co-founders signed the paperwork to build one company instead of freelancing separately. They split responsibility early - one on company strategy, one on business development, one on product decisions, and two on technical delivery - and engagements are still staffed against that same structure today, with a founder attached to each function. Client conversations usually start with the founder who owns that part of the business.

Why we take on hard problems

Mission

We take on problems with real operational risk, and stay involved until the system holds up under real users and real data. That is usually where projects get complicated - when a legacy system misbehaves under load partway through, or a regulated workflow breaks under an edge case nobody tested for. That commitment does not stop at go-live: the same people who scoped the problem are still attached to it once it is running in production, not handed off to a separate support team.

Vision

We want to be the team industry leaders call when a project can't afford easy answers. That kind of trust is built one project at a time, through work that keeps holding up long after we leave, and through a willingness to let a prospective client check that track record for themselves before signing anything.

Strategy

When a deadline moves or the codebase surprises us, we replan and stay on the project instead of quietly cutting scope to hit the original date. That is what decides which work we take on in the first place, and how long we stay involved once it ships.

Four things that show up on every project

Engagement & Responsibility

We raise a bad decision before it ships and stay accountable for the systems we build once the invoice is paid. That means checking how a delivered system performs weeks after launch, through the same monitoring we set up during the project, and flagging drift before a client has to ask.

Good Impact

Before we ask what a project changes for a portfolio, we ask what it changes for the people who use it - patients, operators, drivers, account holders. That question shapes technical decisions early, from data retention choices to how an error message is worded. We would rather slow down a release than ship something that quietly makes someone's day harder to get through. The same standard applies whether the end user is a paying customer or someone who never chose to use the system at all, like a patient or a public-service claimant.

Quality

We build for the version of a system that runs unattended in production, months after the demo ends. Code review and monitoring exist to catch problems before a client does, and we treat a production incident as a design question. That standard is set by the same senior engineers who scope a project at the start, not handed off later to a separate QA team.

Trust

We say what we believe, even when it is inconvenient: a scope that will not fit the deadline, a technology choice we disagree with, an earlier estimate that turned out to be wrong. That habit costs less in the long run than the alternative: a client finding out on their own, later, when it is harder to fix.

The five people who started it

The five people below started Order Group together and lead the teams shown throughout this page.

  • Filip Szamborski - Co-founder and CEO
Filip Szamborski - Co-founder and CEO
Filip has been with the company since the first documents were signed in 2013, and today he leads Order Group as CEO, shaping company strategy and culture. He still sits in on major client decisions.
  • Karol Oponowicz - Co-founder and Business Owner
Karol Oponowicz - Co-founder and Business Owner
Karol turns client problems into projects the team can commit to and stand behind after delivery. He has led business development from the start.
  • Paweł Zieliński - Co-founder and Product Owner
Paweł Zieliński - Co-founder and Product Owner
Paweł works closest to the product decisions that determine whether a system survives contact with real users - a role he has held since the company's first project.
  • Maciej Sułek - Co-founder and Project Tech Leader
Maciej Sułek - Co-founder and Project Tech Leader
Maciej leads the technical side of client engagements, from architecture decisions to launch, and has stayed close to the codebase throughout.
  • Michał Dżaman - Co-founder and Project Tech Leader
Michał Dżaman - Co-founder and Project Tech Leader
Michał makes sure the software the team ships keeps working after the project officially ends, with a particular focus on systems that cannot afford downtime.

Below the five founders, these three team leads run delivery, design and AI/front-end work on client projects day to day.

Recognition built on delivered work

Order Group holds a 9.8 out of 10 rating from 18 reviews on Clutch and has also been recognized by Forbes. Both track back to the same five co-founders who have led the company since 2013, and to the values summarized below, which have not changed since.

The team behind the work stays together

The team pictured below is the group that delivers the work described throughout this page: the five co-founders together with the engineers and product staff who work alongside them across the company's projects and industries. Client work is staffed from that same pool, not routed through a separate delivery team assembled per contract.

  • Order Group is a custom software development company founded in 2013. We design, build and maintain web platforms, backend systems and mobile apps for clients across energy, fintech, healthcare, industrial IoT and other sectors. We stay on as the technical partner after launch. Projects range from customer-facing platforms to internal tools built only for a client's own staff. That work spans new builds and long-term maintenance of systems built years earlier. That mix reflects the same values described earlier on this page: engagement, good impact, quality, and trust, applied the same way across sectors.

  • We have delivered 160+ software projects, for clients ranging from early-stage startups to established industry players. Selected case studies from these projects are published on our case studies page. The current total, along with the industries behind it, is broken out in the numbers section above on this page. We add to that list as new projects wrap, not just at the start of a new year.

  • No. The deciding factor is how hard the problem is, not the size of the client. Some of our longest engagements started as small, well-defined projects that grew once the first phase proved out. A small, well-scoped pilot is one way to test the fit before committing to more.

  • The monitoring we build during a project keeps running after handover, and we come back weeks later to see how the system is holding up under real load. Clients rate that relationship with a Net Promoter Score of 7.9. We reach out first when something looks off, before it becomes a support ticket.

  • Book a free consultation through the form on this site. You will leave it with a scoped outline of the problem and next steps, whether or not you decide to work with us, at no cost or obligation. That conversation is usually handled by one of the co-founders described earlier on this page.
