Order Group has partnered with Nuvve to revitalize their EV charging systems by integrating advanced charger models and developing end-to-end software solutions for vehicle charging management. The partnership expanded to enhance data management across the network, increasing overall operational efficiency.

Key challenges included updating the outdated Fleetbox application to meet the demands of new markets, automating labor-intensive manual reporting processes, and consolidating disparate data sources into a unified database to improve business intelligence and strategic planning.

Our team designed an automated reporting system that reduced manual workload by calculating key metrics and generating visual reports automatically. We've improved the energy bidding tool, enabling it to not only analyze and predict energy prices but also place bids via API. In addition, we have developed a new, user-friendly interface for the Fleetbox app, completely redesigning its functionality to support both web and mobile platforms.

The initial phase involved setting up an automated reporting and data consolidation framework. In the next phase, we focused on a comprehensive redesign of the Fleetbox app, introducing modern UI/UX principles and extending its capabilities to ensure compatibility and optimal performance on iOS and Android platforms.

We used agile development methodologies throughout the project, which played a key role in effectively and efficiently meeting the changing needs of the project. This approach facilitated flexible adaptation to changes and constant improvement of project results.

The modernized Fleetbox application and improved data management systems have significantly expanded Nuvve's operational capabilities, enabling them to penetrate new markets and improve service delivery. Automating key processes not only saved time but also increased the accuracy of data-driven decisions, positioning Nuvve as a future leader in the EV charging industry.
