We seek a creative and proactive Senior Fullstack Developer to join our DEV Department.
🎯 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Development and maintenance web applications and advanced websites using Python (Django) and React (TypeScript)
- Active participation in projects - analysis and technology recommendations
- Writing unit tests
- Regular code contributing to the repository and conducting a code review
- Adapting existing solutions for browsers and devices
- Collaboration in Scrum methodology. We have events like: daily, demo, retro
- Close cooperation with other team members (PM, PO, UI/UX Designers, Developers)
- Client and team technical support
- Participation in company meeting and Tech-Talk - as a listener
- Readiness for potential work on two projects - ability to switch between contexts
- Possible business trips - for example Big Room Planning
💡 WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Professional experience as a Fullstack Developer (5+ years), with a strong focus on backend and mid-level frontend skills
- Higher technical education degree
- Advanced knowledge of Python (Django) programming best practices
- Experience using AI tools such as Copilot and eagerness to keep using them
- Openness to learning and working with new technologies (must have)
- Knowledge of React, Redux, HTML5, and CSS3 (Sass), TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6)
- Git version control system and code review tools
- Knowledge of Polish & English: at least B2 level
