In Digital Branding the equivalent is the Briefing Workshops. A Product Designer leads discovery: the product vision with the Product Owner, a roadmap, personas, user journey maps, hypotheses to validate and plans for product workshops. The workshop runs in Miro or FigJam, and Figma often holds the design, though not in every project. The choice depends on whether we are validating an idea or diagnosing why an existing flow loses users. Mapping the journey from start to finish catches the screen that looks fine alone but breaks the path around it. UI design turns the wireframes into a visual system, with components and states considered from the first sketch. A shared system gives product managers and engineers the same vocabulary, so fewer decisions come back at sprint planning. ### Handoff Developers receive the deliverables as editable files: a map of users and flows, a set of wireframes, a UI component library, redlines and a clickable prototype. The identity system holds the color, typography and layout rules, and we add guidance on how your team keeps using them consistently. Together they make the brand look the same in the product, on the website and in your materials. The brand style guide stays with your team after the engagement, so new pages do not need a full redesign. The design phase does not end when development starts: new screens keep needing UX decisions, often for years after launch. ## Starting from a product or brand you already have Most of our UX and UI work is the redesign of a product that already runs. We begin with a UX audit of the current product: where users get stuck, what the analytics show and what the support tickets complain about. For the interface we keep what works for users and rebuild the rest into a documented system. By default we design that system, because it keeps screens consistent, including the ones we never touch. For User Interface Design, the named example is BizBot: 400 screens designed, and the style guide kept the same colors and typography on every one of them. UI work is scoped independently of full development, so building with us is optional. Branding works the same way. The same designers ran the research, the flows and the visual system in product workshops in Warsaw, Oslo and Istanbul. The platform raised 6.4M NOK and joined the Copenhagen FinTech accelerator. [Read the BizBot case study](https://ordergroup.co/case-studies/bizbot-fintech-ux-design/). ### Nuvve When Nuvve rebuilt Fleetbox in 2023, we added new branding and applied it to the new interface, the web app and the native iOS and Android apps, so users see one identity on every platform. ### An energy company under NDA A large part of our design portfolio is under NDA. For an energy-sector client we designed a full identity, from the Briefing Workshop to the final identity used in the product and in promotional materials. ### Centrum Komunikacji Centrum Komunikacji went into production on 20 April 2026. Its users are Deaf, hard of hearing, blind, deafblind and low-vision people, and the same services are available on a phone and in a browser. Workshops and tests with Deaf and blind users produced a package of around 30 UX and UI changes: a high-contrast palette, clearer selected states, a narrow content column, a help section and the reason for a rejected application shown in a Polish Sign Language (PJM) video. PJM is part of the interface itself, since registration, passwords, terms of service and notifications all come with PJM videos. The app bar has switches for text size and a high-contrast mode, and after training the interpreters asked for a mirrored preview of their own image, which we added. Our designers work on the UX and the white-label rebranding of its ticketing app, used by Norwegian cinema chains since 2020. White-label is one of the hardest UX tasks, because one interface has to look native to very different clients. Logo, color and identity are swappable layers on one shared library of modules and components, so a new client gets its own brand without a separate codebase.
