## Profile

Łukasz Gajownik leads AI and frontend work at Order Group. Łukasz builds our own AI models, works on using AI to grow the company and leads the frontend team. Before this role Łukasz was Head of Front-end.

One of these projects is Generator ETR, a web and mobile app Order Group is building for PSONI, the Polish association for people with intellectual disabilities. The app simplifies pasted or uploaded documents into easy-to-read Polish.

Łukasz reviews the glossary entries on self-hosted LLMs, LLM evaluation, data anonymization and easy-to-read text. The articles cover web applications in Django and React, React Native for startups, choosing a CMS, AI in the automotive industry and how AI tools speed up proof of concept work.
