What will you be responsible for:
Research potential clients
Build lists of potential clients using tools like Crunchbase, Sales Navigator, Prospectin,
Co-create and maintain prospecting campaigns
Write cold-emails and cold-messages
Co-create social selling campaigns
Find creative ways to reach more potential clients,
Automate prospecting using tools such as Woodpecker or Prospectin
Cooperate with the Sales team to optimize outreach campaigns
Co-create new ways to hack prospecting and outbound sales
Co-create and update outbound-sales related processes
Maintain and update the data in our CRM (Pipedrive)
Assist in creating and updating Buyer Personas and Ideal Customer Profiles
Assist in creating new sales materials
Help develop and conduct activities aimed at increasing sales efficiency
What we expect from you:
Excellent command of written and spoken English (min. C1 level)
Willingness to learn new skills, especially sales-related
An open mind and a proactive and analytic approach
Flexibility and readiness to quickly adapt to changes
Nice (but not necessary) to have:
some basic experience of working in B2B sales, business development, or a similar role in IT or tech
experience in working with English-speaking clients
understand software development processes & technologies (Agile/Scrum, Python, React, etc.)
understanding the process of software development and the ability to explain it to non-technical executives on the client-side
