Understanding and digitizing this knowledge mattered because many of the factors influencing the market are hard to read even for industry experts. ## Solutions Our approach started with product workshops to understand Enerace's requirements and plan the UX/UI. Because the project needed flexibility, we chose a time and materials pricing model. Our development process included intensive data organization and the implementation of features that responded directly to the client's daily operational needs, such as automatic data collection, report generation and a client management dashboard. ## Insights Our collaboration helped us understand the importance of each feature from both a technical and business standpoint. The software we developed meets the operational needs of Enerace and its customers. ## Results The Enerace app has changed the way the company and its customers handle energy purchases. Automating the main processes saved hundreds of hours each month and enabled the acquisition of new customers through the SaaS model.
