Business Development Specialist

Currently we are looking for Business Development Specialist with 2-4 years of experience in IT or tech start-up industry.

🎯 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Running the full sales process: starting from approaching assigned leads, qualification calls, presales activities, offering, up to signing the contract
  • Searching for potential clients, based on a certain strategy (crunchbase, linkedin)
  • Generating new sales opportunities using our sales tools (Pipedrive, Woodpecker, Sales Navigator, etc)
  • Organizing and running day-to-day sales activities
  • Making business calls with potential clients
  • Preparing/updating sales offers, negotiating contracts and participating in closing agreements
  • Establishing long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Identifying and closing new deals, updating existing client accounts
  • Supervising project valuation
  • Developing and conducting activities aimed at increasing sales efficiency (including creative ways to reach prospective clients)
  • Analyzing client needs and advising on their product functionalities
  • Being the contact person for our IT and project management teams during the sales process
  • Close cooperation with our Board Management to improve our sales process


💡 WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • Professional experience in B2B sales, business development or a similar role in IT or tech (2 to 4 years)
  • Fluency in English (min. C1 level)
  • Experience in working with English-speaking clients
  • Negotiation skills (both in Polish and English)
  • Understanding of software development processes & technologies (Agile/Scrum, Python, React etc.)
  • Knowledge of IT solutions to fully understand clients' requirements and expectations
  • Knowledge of efficient sales tools and methods (e.g. social selling etc.)
  • Good sales practices, like updating the CRM database
  • Ability to establish and maintain business relationships
  • Pro-active and analytical approach
  • Flexibility and readiness to quickly adapt to changes
  • Experience in conducting scoping sessions for software projects will be an asset
